Ayr have defensive problems as injuries to Kevin James, Andy Aitken, Billy Gibson and Martyn Campbell mean all four central defenders are missing.Full-back Rocky Visconte is also out and midfielder Ryan Borris is doubtful.
Inverness manager Terry Butcher has no injury worries to contend with although he will have to make a change in defence with Stuart Golabek suspended.
However, Butcher's options have increased with the return of Grant Munro and Lee Cox from suspension.
