Honestmen Face Trip to Stirling in CIS Cup

Ayr United have been drawn to face 2nd Division Stirling Albion at Forthbank Stadium in the 1st round of CIS Cup.

2nd Division Stirling necer make it easy for Ayr and with Ayr's recent history of losing to lower division clubs in the CIS Cup 1st round, there maybe some concern at the draw,

It will be a good early test for Ayr in preparation for 1st Division football.

The tie will be played on Saturday 1st or Sunday 2nd August 2009.
