This has been decided by the police because our county cousins believe that they will sell ALL their allocation for tickets for the away end - which is amazing since they failed to do that when they last came down in the CIS Cup match. So it seems a bit rich that they think they will do it in a meaningless match that doesn't even have the name of being the Ayrshire Cup final.
Final arrangements for sale of tickets etc have still to be arranged but honestmen should note that this has nothing to do with Ayr United.
Our position all along has been that the attendance will be similar to last years match given that it is in the middle of the holiday season and is just a friendly - well as friendly as any match against our local rivals.
